“UGO BASSI APARTMENTS” is an initiative of the main company, CREA
S.P.A. active at 360 degrees in the Bologna real estate market since 1942.

The idea of being committed in this activity has originated from the new needs of the real estate market, recently revolutionised by the “sharing economy”, the new trend of sharing goods, and the new opportunities offered by the growing tourism sector in the city of Bologna.

Thanks to the competence acquired in the field, Ugo Bassi Apartments proposes this new service of “rental holiday homes” active since 2017, but which is already enjoying considerable success.
