From 2.00 pm is it possible to access our apartments. After 7.00 pm, access will be guaranteed through a sophisticated code system.

Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. and if our guests need it, we can suggest the closet external deposit.

The credit cards accepted by the property are: those of the circuits: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Each apartment of the property is equipped with a washing machine available to customers

It is possible to reach the apartments you need requesting a coupon to enter the centre of Bologna ZTL (no traffic zone). Alternatively, you can park in the "Marconi" garage, affiliated with the property and located in Via Riva di Reno, and by paying the parking lot it is possible to request the permission directly.

The nearest airport is Bologna airport, Guglielmo Marconi, 5.2 km away. Alternatively, the airport of Florence Peretola, which is 77.9 km or the airport of Parma, Giuseppe Verdi, at 90 km.

The nearest train station is Bologna Central Station, at 15 minutes walking, 8 minutes’ drive (via Via Giovanni Amendola) and 9 minutes by bus (line 11/27).

All our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors, a no smoking policy is observed.
