Booking cancellation policy
Is possible to cancel the reservation for free up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 14 days in advance the total amount will be retained.
Check-in and Check-out
From 2.00 pm is it possible to access in our apartments. After 7.00 pm, the access is always guaranteed through a sophisticated code system.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. and if our guests need it, we can suggest the nearest external luggages deposit.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card.
Ugo Bassi Apartments will never be aware of the information regarding the Client’s credit card.
The payment procedure by credit card is carried out using a secure connection, through the Smoobu booking portal in which the Client must indicate the data requested by the Site such as, by way of example, the type, number and expiry date of the credit card and any other data or security codes requested by the person managing the transaction (for example, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa).
It is always required to indicate a telephone number where the client can be contacted.
